Rosedale
Many of Toronto’s wealthiest and most prominent citizens reside in Rosedale, which for over a century has held the distinction of being the city’s most fashionable address.

Yorkville
Yorkville offers an eclectic mix of Victorian houses, luxury condos, commercial office towers, four star hotels, theatres, gourmet restaurants and a prestigious shopping district.

Summerhill
Summerhill’s turn of the century houses, meandering streets, and abundance of greenery have made it one of Toronto’s most preferred neighbourhoods.

Forest Hill
Forest Hill is one of the city’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. It is typified by gently sloping hills, winding roads, and numerous little parkettes.

The Bridle Path
Known as “Millionaire’s Row”, the Bridle Path originated as an ultra exclusive neighbourhood in the the late 1920’s. Downtown is only a 20 minute drive.

Casa Loma
Casa Loma is named after the majestic castle built by Canadian financier Sir Henry Pellatt. The prominence of the castle led to a huge boom in the area, with many wealthy residents flocking to the present neighbourhood.

Wychwood Park
Wychwood Park is a verdant 22-acre hamlet atop the rolling wooded hills of the Davenport Ridge, with 300-year-old trees and a meandering private road, tucked away out of sight and earshot of nearby major arteries.

Regal Heights
The Davenport Escarpment is a picturesque feature that gives some of the turn-of-the-century homes in this community a view of Lake Ontario. The neighbourhood features a renowned ballet school and unique shops & restaurants.

South Hill
Although not as familiar a name as Forest Hill, South Hill is as exclusive as this posh Toronto subdivision, and boasts magnificent homes originally settled by Toronto’s elite.

The Annex
The Annex has endured for over a hundred years as one of Toronto’s premier neighbourhoods, home to successful businesspeople, prominent artists, U of T faculty and students.

Chaplin Estates
Chaplin Estates is a small, exclusive neighbourhood of detached homes built in the 1920’s and 1930’s, often in Tudor and English Cottage style.

Teddington Park
Once the northern boundary of the City of Toronto, Teddington Park’s development as a residential area for the wealthy was inspired by the Rosedale Golf Club when it moved into the neighbourhood in 1909.

Davisville Village
Centrally located and popular with young professionals and families, Davisville Village offers housing options and access to entertainment & recreation.

North Toronto

Deer Park

Allenby

Cedarvale
Named for the many cedar trees that once blanketed the ravine, Cedarvale was almost lost in the late 1960’s until residents blocked construction of the Spadina Expressway.

Hillcrest

Leaside
